What to email about
Bug reports
Include the device (e.g., iPhone 14, Pixel 7, MacBook), the browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.), and what happened. If the camera isn't working, the troubleshooting section of the How to Play page solves most cases — try that first, then write if you're still stuck.
Leaderboard issues
If your score didn't save, a name was filtered that shouldn't have been, or a row on the board looks wrong — write us with the name you used, your approximate score, and roughly when the run happened. The more context we have, the faster the fix.
Press, partnerships, sponsorships
Use the general inbox. Tell us who you are, who you write for or work with, and what you have in mind. We respond to legitimate inquiries.
Privacy or legal
Send to either inbox — both routes land in the same place. Reference the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use as needed.
Response time
We aim to respond within a few business days. Player support and bug reports usually move fastest. Press and partnership inquiries get a real reply but may take longer depending on volume. There are no auto-responders pretending to be people.
